I write to Sarasota homeowners whose houses look, in a Street View image, like they're due for an exterior repaint. When one of them asks for a quote, the request goes to one local painter and nobody else.
Email PetterThe first three requests are free while I test this.
Street by street, in Street View images no more than a few months old.
A letter to the homeowners whose exterior looks due for paint, inviting them to ask for a quote.
When one asks, you get the homeowner's name, phone number, e-mail and address. You call them and quote the job as you normally would.
Not a list of addresses: every request is a homeowner who filled in the form or called, and said they want a painter to contact them.
Email PetterThe homeowner's own request, by e-mail, as soon as you accept it — with the details you need to call them the same day.
I'm testing an idea: whether a letter to the right homeowners turns into real painting jobs. All I ask in return for the free requests is a word on how each one went.
Reply to my e-mail or write directly, and tell me which areas you cover — in Sarasota or nearby.
One painter per request — I never pass the same request to two painters.
